Why Should I sell on JharMart?

JharMart is the India’s B2B e-commerce platform with maximum online retailer in Pan India. We give opportunity to trader to grow their business online

Who is seller on JharMart?

Suppliers, Manufacturers and Wholesalers can sale on JharMart.

Is there any charge for listing products on JharMart?

No, We are not taking charge for Registration, Product Listing & Catalog Uploading

Who is eligible for selling on JharMart?

Anyone can sale, selling genuine products is welcome. In order to start selling, you need to have:

• GSTIN/ Udyog Adhar
• Any govt verified letter for business
• Cancelled Cheque/Account Number

How do I sell on JharMart?

To sell on JharMart:

  • Register yourself at jharmart.in in B2B Seller option
  • Wait for admin approval.
  • Upload catalog and fill all details of your products under product categories.
  • After receiving an order, pack the product and mark it as ‘Ready to Dispatch’. Our logistics partner will pick up the product and deliver it to the buyer.
  • After your order is successfully dispatched, JharMart will settle your payment within 7-21 business days based on your seller tier.
Can I offer both products and services on JharMart?

Currently, you can only sell products and not services on JharMart.

Do I need to courier my products to JharMart?

No, JharMart logistics channel will handle shipping of your products. You need to do is pack the product and keep it ready for dispatch. Our logistics partner will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the Buyer.

What are the documents required to register as a seller on JharMart ?

You are required to have the following documents:

• GSTIN/ Udyog Adhar
• Any govt verified letter for business
• Cancelled cheque/Account Number .

Who decide the price of the products?

As a seller,you will set the price of your products.

Who takes care of the delivery?

Our logistics partner will pick up the product from you and deliver it to the Buyer.

How and when will I get paid?

All payments are made through NEFT transactions (online banking). The payment is made directly to your bank account within the next 7-21 business days from the date of order dispatch.

When can I start selling?

After all the required documents have been verified and your seller profile is complete, you can start listing your products and start selling.

How many listings are required to start selling?

You are required to have a minimum of 1 listings to start selling on JharMart.

What are the fees charged?

The following deductions are made from the order item value:

  • Commission fee: A percentage of the order item value based on sub-category
  • Shipping fee: Calculated on the basis of the product weight and shipping location
  • Collection fee: This will vary based on order item value and Buyer payment mode (Prepaid/Cash on Delivery)
What is Commission fee?

Commission fee is a fixed amount or certain percentage of the order item value of your product.

How much Commission is charged?

Commission fee is differs across categories and sub-categories.
